Why do we hold your professional information?

LeadTYZER helps B2B companies find and connect with relevant business contacts. We hold professional contact information — name, job title, work email, work phone, and company details — of business professionals sourced from public records including government business registries, company websites, and professional networks.

This processing is conducted under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). B2B outreach is a long-established business practice. We only hold information about individuals in their professional capacity, obtained from publicly accessible professional sources.

What information do we hold?

We may hold: your full name, your job title, your work email address, your work phone number, the name and website of your employer, your professional LinkedIn profile URL, and your employer's industry sector and size. We do not hold home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial information, or any sensitive personal data.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to: know whether we hold your data (Article 15), have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16), have your data erased (Article 17 — we honour all erasure requests for lead data), object to processing (Article 21 — we honour all objections immediately). Email privacy@leadtyzer.com or use our opt-out page.

How long do we keep your data?

B2B lead data is re-verified every 90 days. If we cannot re-verify a contact, the record is removed. If you opt out, your record is flagged immediately and will never be included in any future delivery to any client.
