1. Parties and agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between iTYZER Ltd ("LeadTYZER", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16817299), and the individual or entity ("Client", "you") accessing or using the LeadTYZER platform and services.

By creating an account, placing an order, or using the LeadTYZER platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

LeadTYZER provides a B2B lead generation service that sources, verifies, AI-scores, and delivers verified business contact data ("Leads"). The service includes:

  • Lead sourcing from publicly available government registries, business directories, and other legitimate sources
  • Email verification via third-party tools including Hunter.io
  • AI-based quality scoring across 12 data dimensions
  • Human review and approval of every lead batch before delivery
  • Delivery in multiple formats (CSV, Excel, JSON, vCard, TXT) and via API

LeadTYZER processes only professional B2B contact data. We do not process consumer data or sensitive personal data as defined under UK GDPR.

3. Account and KYC requirements

All clients must complete identity verification (KYC) before leads are delivered. KYC requires: a valid government-issued identity document, a selfie, and proof of residential address. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 14 days of registration may be suspended.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@leadtyzer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

LeadTYZER operates on a subscription model with the following plans:

Urgent delivery (2-hour SLA) is available on any plan for an additional £15 per order. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Extra leads beyond your plan quota are billed at month end via Stripe Meter. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. iTYZER Ltd never stores card details. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to the following service levels:

  • Standard orders: Delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Urgent orders (+£15): Delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation
  • Platform availability: 99.5% monthly uptime target for the client dashboard and API
  • Support response: Within 2 hours during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm GMT)

SLA credits: If we fail to deliver a standard order within 48 hours (or an urgent order within 4 hours) for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a credit equal to the value of that order. Credits are applied to your next invoice and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Quality guarantee and refunds

Every lead delivered by LeadTYZER has been verified and scored. Our quality guarantee is:

  • Every email address verified as deliverable at point of delivery
  • Every lead scoring 70 or above out of 100 on our AI quality system
  • Every batch reviewed and approved by a human before release

If the email bounce rate on a delivered batch exceeds 5% within 7 days of delivery (measured by a standard email validation tool), we will replace the bounced leads at no charge. Report issues to hello@leadtyzer.com within 14 days of delivery with evidence.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to deliver the service.

7. Permitted use

You may use LeadTYZER leads for lawful B2B commercial outreach, sales prospecting, and marketing activities directed at the businesses and professionals whose contact data is delivered to you.

You must not use LeadTYZER or the leads delivered to:

  • Send unsolicited consumer marketing communications (spam)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
  • Conduct any illegal activity under applicable law
  • Resell raw lead data to third parties without our written consent
  • Attempt to circumvent our KYC or quality control processes
  • Use the data for surveillance, stalking, or any purpose that violates the privacy rights of individuals
  • Access or attempt to access any part of the platform beyond your authorized account

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

8. Data protection responsibilities

You are the data controller for leads delivered to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, UK PECR, and any other applicable data protection law in the jurisdictions where you operate.

By using LeadTYZER, you warrant that you have a valid lawful basis for processing the contact data we deliver, and that you will make opt-out easy for any individual who requests it. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at leadtyzer.com/data-processing and governs our processing of personal data on your behalf.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of your dashboard or by emailing hello@leadtyzer.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to the platform until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if:

  • You breach these Terms in a material way
  • You provide false information during KYC
  • Your use of the platform creates legal risk for iTYZER Ltd
  • Your account payment fails and is not remedied within 7 days of notice

We will give reasonable notice where possible before suspension, except in cases of serious breach, fraud, or legal requirement.

11. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and content comprising the LeadTYZER platform is owned by or licensed to iTYZER Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for the purpose of using the service during your subscription term.

Lead data delivered to you is licensed for your use as permitted by these Terms. You do not own the underlying data infrastructure or any part of the LeadTYZER platform.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTYZER Ltd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service - whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise - shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to iTYZER Ltd in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

13. Warranties disclaimer

The LeadTYZER service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all leads will meet any specific reply rate or conversion target. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control including your outreach strategy, messaging, and the relevance of your offer to the contacts we deliver.

14. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@leadtyzer.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, either party may refer the dispute to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before initiating legal proceedings. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from the courts.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
