1. The Service

LeadTYZER is a B2B lead intelligence platform operated by iTYZER Ltd, Company No. 16817299, England and Wales. The platform collects, verifies, scores, and delivers B2B professional contact data to business clients. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use LeadTYZER only for lawful B2B sales and marketing activities. You must not use delivered leads to send unsolicited consumer marketing, violate anti-spam laws, or contact individuals who have opted out. You must maintain your own GDPR/data protection compliance for how you use the leads we deliver. We provide the data; you are responsible for how you use it.

You must not resell, sublicense, or share leads with third parties outside your organisation unless you are on the Agency plan, which includes defined sub-account and white-label rights.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Extra leads beyond your plan quota are billed at the end of each month via Stripe Meters. Urgent delivery fees (+£15) are added at checkout. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions except in cases of platform failure on our part. Failed orders are automatically refunded in full.

4. Service Level

Standard orders are delivered within 4-8 hours of payment confirmation, subject to human approval. Urgent orders (marked at checkout) are delivered within 2 hours. Delivery is conditional on our quality gate: minimum AI score of 70 and verified email address. If we cannot deliver the requested quantity meeting quality standards, we will refund the proportional amount or, at client discretion, credit toward the next order.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing period. All delivered leads remain downloadable for 30 days after cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadTYZER provides data in good faith based on publicly available professional information and our verification processes. We do not guarantee that all contact information will remain valid after delivery, as professional circumstances change. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadTYZER platform, scoring algorithms, collection methods, and all associated software are proprietary to iTYZER Ltd. Delivered lead data is licensed to you for use, not transferred as intellectual property.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
